This page explains what happens when you sign up for Trail Crew emails.
What we collect
Your email address, the date you signed up, your child's age band (4-6, 7-9, or 10-11), your country, and, if you tell us, how you heard about Trova. We don't ask for your child's name or exact date of birth.
Why we collect it
Your email is how we send you the free activity you asked for, and, if you say yes to it, occasional emails about new Trail Crew releases (about once a month). The age band and country help us decide what to build next and which languages matter most. None of it is used to identify your child individually.
Who handles it
We use Brevo, an email service, to send these emails and store your address. Brevo doesn't use your email for anything except sending what we ask it to send.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your email with anyone else. We don't send more than about one email a month unless you're expecting it, like the download you just requested.
Your control
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list immediately, no questions, no delay. You can also email us directly to ask what we have on file or to have it deleted.
