Why Trova

Hi, I'm Daniel.

I've spent over a decade running outdoor activities for children at campsites across Europe: scavenger hunts, nature trails, bug spotting, campfire games. The kind of afternoons where kids look up from what's in front of them and notice the world instead.

I started Trova because I kept seeing the same problem: parents wanting that kind of experience for their kids at home, and struggling to find anything that felt like a real activity rather than a worksheet.

So I built it myself.

Trova is about learning wherever kids are. Outdoors in nature and whatever the weather brings, and indoors with nothing but imagination. It's about a healthy mix of offline and online too: time away from a screen matters, but so can the right kind of time on one, learning a language or learning from other people. And it's about growing as a whole person, through movement and stillness alike: sports and games alongside quieter things like stretching and mindfulness, building the habits of someone who does the right thing.
